Who We Are
Before defining who were, it’s a good idea to understand what we believe. To put it plainly, we believe in God, we believe God, we believe that God loves us so much that he committed His only son to die on the cross for our salvation. That said, we also believe that Jesus Christ is the son of the living God; that He died the death we were supposed to die; that He was raised from death on the 3rd day and that He now sits at the right hand of God constantly making intercession for us while the Holy Spirit teaches and comforts us in righteousness.
Who are we? We are God’s people, joint heirs with Christ and more than conquerors, on a pilgrimage to meet our savior in Heaven. We keep Christ at the center of everything we do. And, we do our best to love like He loves. We’re not perfect but we strive to be in every way eagerly waiting for the day of Christ’s return. While we wait, we enthusiastically pursue every opportunity to provide the means, place and atmosphere to win souls to Jesus Christ, carefully working out our salvation in a very relevant way to minister and meet the needs of our community while doing our part to grow the body of Christ and to forward God’s Kingdom agenda.
We are not religious, although we practice religion. We concentrate on growing our relationship with God through Christ and by the help of the Holy Spirit.
We are partakers of God’s manifold grace. Doing our best to be the salt of the earth. We love God and we love people.
